Welcome to The Unique Sheep! I’m so excited to share my latest free crochet pattern: the Fireside Throw — a soft, cozy blanket designed especially for beginners. If you’ve never picked up a hook before, this is the perfect first project.

The Fireside Throw uses basic stitches in a rhythmic repeat, making it a relaxing and satisfying make. It’s warm, squishy, and easy to adjust for your desired length. Whether you’re curled up with a good book or binge-watching your favorite show, this throw is a comforting companion.

🧶 Materials:

  • 7 Skeins Big Twist Living in Spirit (182 m / 110 g)
  • Size 4.5 mm (US 7) crochet hook
  • Large darning needle

📏 Gauge:

10 stitches x 17 rows = 4”

Finished size: 42” x 38” (easily adjustable)
